Virtual Staging

Have your empty spaces staged digitally to show how the spaces can look with furniture, artwork, appliances and anything else you want to add. This brings life to a space and will help bring in more interest to the property.

custom photos for Designers, builders, and architects

Creating photos for designers, architects, and builders is completely different than photographing houses for real estate listings. I work with you and your team to create custom images that showcase your work. These images will be used in your portfolios and marketing, so they need to be the highest quality as well as staged and styled to perfection. These shoots take time, but in the end, you end up with custom images created just for you. You’ll receive wide, overall shots as well as detail shots that highlight your designs, colors, and textures.

Pricing starts at $1200 for up to 6 hours of shooting time.

Cost sharing - If multiple parties, such as a designer and builder for example, want to use the photos from a shoot, 25% per party is added to the total and can be shared between the parties, making it more cost-effective for each party. One party will be billed.

Vacation Rental photos

You’ve invested a lot of time, energy, and money into a beautiful retreat as an investment property, and now, you need photos to show it off to potential renters. You need photos that show the aesthetic and details you’ve created. I will photograph the overall wide-angle photos that show the spaces, as well as capture the details that renters love seeing.

Fees start at $600. Please contact me for a quote. All fees include drone photos if necessary.
